WNMU sophomore men's basketball student-athlete Chad Carter (Tucson, AZ, Ironwood Ridge High School)  has been named the RMAC Offensive Player of the Week, the RMAC announced Tuesday. This is the first RMAC men's basketball Player of the Week award this year. 

Carter posted his second double-double of the season in a two-point loss to UC-Colorado Springs on Saturday. He tallied a season best 28 points and 17 rebounds. In the victory over CSU-Pueblo, Carter also notched 18 points and six rebounds. He finished the weekend leading the Mustangs with 23 points and 11.5 boards. Of his 23 caroms on the weekend, 13 of them were on the offensive side. In all of his shooting categories, Carter shot at a .500 clip or better.
